Illuminated Banner System —
Multiplex QQT

Multiplex required a 30 x 4-meter illuminated sign to be installed on the scaffolding of their QQT AMP site at Circular Quay for 18 months. This presented several issues due to wind loading, weight and installation.

Sachr designed and developed an eight-sectional lightweight air-flow banner system that zipped together using our NeonGlo illumination technology. This NeonGlo banner system is suitable for scaffolding and jump-form installations. It is durable, lightweight, and economical compared to alternative signage.

Illuminated Feature Display —
W Hotel

Greaton Developments required help with the signage for their Ribbon Project in Sydney Darling Harbour which included the W Hotel, Imax Theatre and the ground floor retail area.

After sacking the original sign company that installed the exterior W sign branding due to ongoing issues Sachr successfully solved these signage problems.

Sachr were then engaged to resolve a W feature pool feature sign that had been designed by a sign consultancy that was not feasible due to being installed onto the building structure adjacent to the rooftop swimming pool.

Keeping in mind the design intent, a floating neon look W, we redesigned and specified the feature sign and installation system that also saved tens of thousands of dollars from the original estimation price.

Neon Artworks —
ANZ Sydney Tower

The White Cube Art Gallery in England was commissioned by the developers for the Sydney ANZ Tower to create neon artwork conceptually designed by the international award-winning artist Cerith Wyn Evans.

The artwork visually showed multiple layers of neon sections suspended from the ceiling in the building's courtyard area.

Sachr was commissioned to develop and design the neon production drawings, and create the unique neon brackets including developing the suspension system.
